Cheesy Ham & Crescent Sticks 🥐🧀🍖
If you love grilled cheese and ham sandwiches, these are going to be your new obsession! They are perfectly portable, super cheesy, and topped with a savory herb crust that makes them irresistible. Perfect for a quick dinner or a party appetizer! 🥳
🛒 What You’ll Need
- 2 tubes Crescent dough sheets (or regular crescent rolls, just pinch the seams together!) 🥐
- 1 lb Deli-sliced ham (thinly sliced works best for rolling) 🍖
- 8-10 sticks Mozzarella string cheese (or sliced Swiss/Cheddar) 🧀
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted 🧈
- 1 tsp Garlic powder 🧄
- 1 tsp Dried parsley or Everything Bagel seasoning ✨
- Optional: A pinch of black pepper and coarse salt 🧂
👩🍳 How to Make Them
- Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 🌡️
- Cut the Dough: Unroll your crescent sheets. Cut each sheet into 4 or 5 long rectangles (depending on how thick you want them).
- The Layering: Place 2-3 slices of ham on each piece of dough. Top with a piece of cheese at one end. 🍖🧀
- The Roll: Roll them up tightly like a cigar! Make sure the seam is on the bottom so they don’t pop open while baking. 🥖
- The Topping: Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and herbs. Brush it generously over the tops of your rolls. 🖌️
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the tops are deep golden brown and the cheese is beautifully melted. 🥨
