- 1.5 cups Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese 🧀

👩🍳 Let’s Get Cooking!
- Sauté: Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain the excess grease. 🥩🧅🔥
- Season: Stir in your garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let the spices toast for about a minute until fragrant. 🧄✨
- Simmer: Add the dry pasta shells and the beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for about 10–12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. 🐚⏲️
- Make it Creamy: Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for another 2 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken up. 🥛🥘
- Cheese Please: Turn off the heat and fold in the shredded cheese until it’s perfectly melted and velvety smooth. 🧀🤤
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately while it’s hot and cheesy! 🌿📸
